As artificial intelligence started reshaping my profession, I began reinventing my own career. I wondered what happens when people lose not just their jobs, but the careers to which they've devoted so much of their lives.

For more than 30 years, I worked as a senior paralegal in global law firms on complex corporate transactions involving millions and billions of dollars. With significant responsibility and autonomy, I worked directly with corporate clients, senior attorneys, and partners on sensitive matters demanding sound judgment, confidentiality, accuracy, and accountability.

My commitment to personal development and interest in human behavior have also helped shape the AI Reinvention System. I've completed Tony Robbins' Mastery University programs, attended numerous seminars and workshops, and spent more than four years working with a Tony Robbins Master Coach. In mentoring others, I've learned the value of asking thoughtful questions that help people discover what matters most to them, identify and challenge limiting beliefs, and make decisions aligned with their own values and goals.

Drawing on established principles of behavioral change, I developed the AI Reinvention System to help people recognize their full potential and develop the means to achieve it.
